I changed browsers. I switched from Duck Duck Go to Google Chrome and it worked! I find DuckDuckGo to be a very secure browser, but it does tend to interfere with some websites and how they function. Sent from my iPhone

Out of frustration I realized one of the things I didn’t do was look at the browser I was using. I was using DuckDuckGo, which is a good browser for security, but it reacts with some websites so I switched to Google Chrome and everything worked fine. Thanks. Sent from my iPhone

I am trying to generate an image in Firefly but when I try and submit a .jpeg, .png image it gives a prompt, "This file format is not supported. Please upload a .jpeg, .png, webp file." Some one said the file needs to be the same aspect ratio as the image you are generating but that did not work either. The images are made in photoshop and this process worked yesterday-and the image I used wasn't the same aspect ratio. I am running the latest version of Firefly on a Mac IOS Sonoma 14.7.2

On the MAC I discovered two things: 1) I shut off my VPN and it worked. 2) I also updated my OS to Monterey from Big Sur that works better (even with the VPN on).

I was using Photshop Beta running Big Sur on my MacPro -Late 2013 (which isn't supposed to work but it did!). I was able to do Generative Fills and it worked wonderfully well. Then, suddenly, it didn't anymore. Even when I updated to a newer version. I, too, get the same message now, all the time.

Well, I’d still prefer to use my wireless mouse to this 9 year old wired mouse. But I guess I can use it in a pinch. I’d really like to figure what needs to be done with the Magic Mouse. Has anyone else experienced this as well? BARB!! IT WAS THE MOUSE!! I swapped out my Apple Magic Mouse for an old Macally wired mouse that I use for a server and the arrowhead and stroke width dropdown menus worked perfectly! Now I have to figure out what the heck is going on with my wireless mouse! Bob

Thanks, Barb, for the tip. I did try both rebuilding the preferences and rebuilding the cache to no avail. When I click on the arrowhead menu it shows up for a split second and then it’s gone. I may try a different older wired mouse just to rule out the Magic Mouse I use. I also find that the line width drop down menu is doing the same thing. Damn annoying it is. Bob

I am running InDesign 2022, 17.3 on a MacPro (Late 2013) running Big Sur OS 11.6.7 64GB ram. I have reset the preferences and cannot get the Drop Down Menu in the Stroke panel to work. I can select the line and the weight of the stroke and the color but it won't allow me to select an arrowhead. There have been other times when I could not get the drop down menu to work to select a font. But usually quiting and restarting InDesign would resolve that. But for some reason that won't work here. Does anyone have any idea as to how to fix it?

Just updated to 17.1.0 build 72 I have 64GB I was working on a project prior to the update and wanted to work on another comp in the same project file. And I am now getting this message whenever I hit Numerical Keypad 0 to render the comp. I shut off the font layers and it seems to stop. But when I add fonts - that worked earlier I get the message: After effects error: TDL outline contains triangles that are too small to be rendered. Check for very thin triangles in original artwork. (88:3) I purged the memory and cache but to no avail. Any suggestions?

I am trying to create a quiz in a responsive Captivate 8 project it looks fine in desktop and tablet mode but when I go to phone mode the answers are out of alignment. It looks as it there are extra tab spaces added to some of the answers. I can't seem to fix it through formatting the fonts. Is there a solution? In searching the forum I found this problem existed in Captivate 6, too, but no one had a fix just a workaround of cutting & pasting a blank quiz page from another project into the one you're working on but that wasn't considered to be the best answer.
