It said that I had to reach out to my administrator but then it also showed me credits on the side. So at this point, after reading all the other complaints, I'm just going to hold out until some information or news comes out about this situation. It don't need this feature for my work, it was just interesting to me. Thanks for your responses.

I received the email today that i now have access to Generate Video via Adobe Firefly. When i went to the dashboard to try it out, it stated that i was already out of credits. How can that be?

I am currently using Google Chrome, version 117.0.5938.149 (Official Build) (x86_64). I am using a Macbook Pro 16-inch 2019, 8-core, 2.4ghz, AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8gb graphics card, 32GB Memory. I am running Ventura 13.4.1 OS. I currently have 269GB of available space on my Macintosh HD drive. The link that I am using is https://creativecloud.adobe.com/cc/illustrator?locale=en&trackingid=G4FRYP8K&mv=in-product&mv2=cc When I try to open it in Safari, it says that it’s supported in Safari yet. I had a course set for self-enrollment and wanted to change it to Manager-approved. When i did, i received this error message, "Changing to more restrictive enrollment type is not allowed.". How can i make this change without this error? Nobody is enrolled in this class, as I just created it. Thanks.
