Hi @stelfair,
Thank you for sharing the requested information. I checked your account, and it looks like you have two profiles. The one is Personal, and the other is Business/ Company. Would you mind checking if you're logged into the correct profile?
For Photoshop, please reach out to the Photoshop community.
The Generative features are exclusive to the desktop version. You need to update to version 28.0 to access the features.

Thank you for contacting Adobe Captivate Prime Team.
My sincere apologies for the inconvenience. As per the current implimentation we can not change the enrollment type to more restrictive type once its published. That means we can change the enrollment type from Manager Nominated to Manager Approved or Self- enrolled but not the other way around.
I hope this image below will help.
As this course you have created has no enrollment so far, we can use a simple trick to solve the issue.
Log in as "Author"
Go to the Courses page
Find this course tile and hover your mouse over the three dots at the bottom right of the tile.
Choose the option "Dupliacate Course"
This will create exact duplicate of the course and here you can select the settings you want for this course and publish it.
You can retire /delete the old course with incorrect enrollment type.

Mac user here and it's STILL a problem. It's August 2021. I do not and have not used the cloud for documents so I'm very baffled as to why it's non-stop syncing. Almost every time I look at my menu bar, I see the double blue arrows over the CC logo. WHY? It will just sync when I'm not even using Adobe software, or even when every Adobe app is closed! I do not need that running in the background all the time. Please start fixing problems instead of introducing needless "great features".

I am having this same issue but I do not have the pleasure of creating a new user. (work computer) I'm still having the issue, even after clearing out my media cache files.
