Got on the phone with Adobe "Customer Support" and it was explained to me – what is missing entirely from the Firefly site or my Adobe Creative Cloud app and Account – there are 2 types of "Firefly" generative credits. Those I get with the CC monthly subscription only include images.  To generate video or audio, apparently, you currently have to purchase a different type of Firefly generative credits. I have a monthly-paid Creative Cloud subscription. My Adobe account shows "Monthly generative credits" at 996/1000 left that expire Feb 26th. But in trying to use https://firefly.adobe.com/ I am told I can't generate anything because I don't have credits, with a promotion to purchase credits. Why am I not being allowed to use Firefly generative credits that I've paid for?! Why am I being pushed to purchase credits when I still have ample remaining?! ... View more
