Wou tengo el mismo problema, tambien cambie a una Macbook Pro M1 y es boton de Use legacy "export as" también desaparecio y no sólo de la nueva versión de PS si no también en PS 2022. Espero que informen de esto ya que me costo perder muchas horas poder averiguar esto.

I already did it as a dynamic symbol in 4 different formats (tiff, jpg, png and ps) and the same thing happens. I thought of something else and it works even if I'm banned by the image. Before converting it to symbol, I converted the image to stroke with high quality image trace, it seems that it works:) Although the photo loses resolution: / Do you think it could be a hardware problem?

Yes, it is a photoshop file in RGB with 1920 x 1042px. I did tests placing files in JPG, TIF, PS and in all three cases the same thing happens. I did it as a dynamic symbol.
