I called requesting this (my 2023 purchase was 59 days ago). The support person I reached said they didn't do that. He said that, within 30 days of purchase, he could cancel a license, and sell the 2024 license - effectively an upgrade within a 30 time-frame. Of course, it might depend on the individual. The support person I talked to kept trying to steer the subject to "update" and away from "upgrade" until I finally pinned him down.

I posted a question re. jpg vs psd, but typed jpt instead of jpg. Can an Admin please edit the Subject line for me? The post said: Subject: ".jpt not .psd" "Why does PS Elements sometimes save my work as .jpg, rather than .psd, and what difference does it make to me?" Thank you
