Same here - I even rolled back to 26.2.0 Still not working. Not just me either - my collegue (who works offsite) is also having the same issue. So can rule out any internet issue or it being an isolated issue.

This is horrendous. I mean the CC syncing wasn't the best, but at least was integrated with CC and worked reasonably well for remote working. Its was essential for us during Covid times and we still depend on it to this day. Any good alternatives?

Hi Neelam, The team spent most of this afternoon archiving some files away from the cloud. It is frustrating that there is a limitation on the number of files, which I was not aware of until now. It would therefore, be handy if there was some sort of measure so users can keep track on this in limitation in future. Like you do on space or at the very least have the CC App pull up an error code/dialogue. Netherless, we managed to archive some website backups which freed up over 100k of files and cleared off over 100gb of space. This did indeed fix the issue and now both my devices are re-syncing again. Many thanks for coming up with the solution your support.

Hi Neelamk, I'm actually awaiting "Senior backend-level" support for a call back. So far they've spent about 6 hours on Thursday and a further 2 hours on Friday via screenshare and done multiple things to try and get it to work. Has anyone else been having cloud syncing cc app issues since 12.3 update? Basically im now stuck in an infinite syncing loop without it actually downloading/ uploading anything. I've been with support for two days now and they've still not been able to fix it. Completely removed and reinstalled cc app, set up a new user account and still not syncing. I have call back due on Monday but not great as we use the cloud for teamwork collaboration.

OK so it seems they have changed my main profile to a personal one and the teams profile is new / blank. This scared the living s**t out of me as the CC files on my desktop was deleted. At least they're there under the personal profile, but with only 100gb will not allow me to do save nor sharing to other members of the team. On deadline, hence working on the weekend, so this is horrendous timing.

Since the account upgrade and a personal account being created on my behalf.
I cannot open up my XD cloud documents with the main account, I get the error message "You dont have permission to open this document". I tried logging in my personal and sharing it with myself (ridiculous). But, as its the same email/account id it doesnt work.
I can open them on the personal account but that is not whats needed (only has 100gb shared storage). Why is there now two accounts associated with my single login? Why have they created this personal account and associated the work files to it? how can I remove this personal account and assign everything back to the main one, as it was before?
Can anyone help?
