Hi Anshul 🙂 ! I noticed Fresco ver 4.7 is out, I did a default install with it (install through the latest version of Creative Cloud Desktop App), and it's working GREAT :trophy: 😁👍! I still had Fresco ver 4.0 installed (the version you sent me), I did not uninstall it first, -I just installed the latest version of Fresco, and it worked. Thank You Anshul 🙂 ! Got it, uninstalled the newer versions of Fresco (regular uninstall through Adobe Creative Cloud), ran the installer you sent me (as Admin), and it's working GREAT! No issues 🙂 . I will not use any third-party uninstallation tools, -good advice! Looking forward to using the latest version of Fresco when it's fixed. Thanks again! All the best, -josh

Thank You Anshul, I appreciate it 🙂 ! Would you please send me; "the direct download link for Fresco 4.0 via DM, which has been successfully working for others." I'll be glad to see if it works and use Fresco 4.0 while waiting for updates/fixes to the latest version of Fresco. ------------------- Would it be wise / worth it to try and use a program like, "Uninstall Tool," ( https://crystalidea.com/?source=uninstalltool&campaign=dlg_about ), using the Action; 'Force removal of all traces' ? Hi Anshul Saini, Thanks for your time and help, I appreciate it 🙂 ! I'm hitting the same issue others are describing, Fresco crashes on launch, both old and new versions, 4.6.0 and 4.6.1 . Here is the screen video capture of it; https://youtu.be/AGmI046nhj4 Here are the log files (zip file from my google drive); https://drive.google.com/file/d/1b6mUhWu09IRyM5XHYvvI8r7RTj4cUQn3/view?usp=share_link I've done an uninstall / reinstall / reboot / tried on both versions / attempting to open an older fresco document / attempting to open from a 'clean' version from the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop, so far same result, crash on startup / loading documents screen. I used the 'LogCollectorTool.exe' , and allowed to run / upload files, -the LogCollectorTool ran without any issues. No Fresco crash reporter window after it crashes.
