OK, that makes sense. Thanks for letting us know!
Yes, on macOS I have often found that macOS still thinks an external display is connected even though the display is powered off, if the cable is still connected.

You can try the option to uncheck "Composite in linear color" from the Sequence menu. Might help.

To be clear: are you using Lightroom in a web browser or are you referring to the cloud-based Lightroom Desktop application (current version 8.0)?

Thank you for the suggestions. I imported the Quicktime file into a different sequence and the export worked perfectly. Thanks again.

The limit is probably determined by the maximum image size Lightroom/camera raw supports which is 512 megapixels total and 65000 pixels on the longest side. If your upressed image goes over that it will likely refuse to do superresolution. So what is the pixel size of your original?

Thanks for the help. I really appreciate the thoughtful response. I decided to get a Mac Studio Max with 64GB of unified memory and a 2TB drive. Since I don't do motion graphics full time, I really don't think I need the power of the Ultra. Hopefully this middle ground is the right course. Delivery in mid-January, so I have a bit to wait before diving in. But again, I really appreciate the help.

Uneven lighting is best corrected globally, not with selections.
Put a steep Curves layer on top, to exaggerate. Then the correction is easily done with masked adjustments painted in with soft brushes at low opacity.
Delete the top Curves layer when done.

As soon as you scale an image up regardless of the export settings, you loose image qualtity.
Look at the scale amount when setting the 1080p footage in the 5760 x 3240 timeline. Even with Set to Framesize it will be way over 100%, it will be 300%. You cannot reverse that by simply exporting to 1080p.

Unfortunately, that did not solve the problem. The only solution I could come up with was to open the image in Photoshop, figure out which layer related to each element I was missing from the initial import, then go into Premiere and select "individual layer" from the dropdown and select each specific layer I needed and import one at a time. Incredibly frustrating and time-consuming.

Unfortunately, after not using the program for a while, the same issue arose today when I launched the program. I haven't done the same protocol as last time since that didn't seem to be a permanent fix. What other suggestions for what the issue might be?

Sorry to say that Premiere 6.0.5 pre-dates the Sony XAVC codec by a few years and that is most likely why it does not recognize/cannot properly interpret that type of media. The only recourse may be to convert to another format somehow before editing in Premiere, or use the newer Premiere CC. Thank you Jeff Pulera Safe Harbor Computers
