No problem with file management. This is my working naming convention. The first one is the folder. The second one is LR project's name. When you create a project, LR creates a folder with the same name. The AI masking problem slowing down LR happens with any project. By @Alberto Bedin Ah, yes. that used to bother the heck out of me. You created a folder, then created a catalog in that folder, and LrC caused that irritation in folder structure. Just an annoyance, not a problem. Generally (if Iremember correctly) creating a new catalog without an existing folder, gets around that, perhaps some OCD on my part.

Great, they released the 25.12.1 update and STILL haven't fixed the issue with the legacy healing tool. I guess it's just to force us to use 26 (which is buggy, by the way).

I've had the same problem now for about 2 years. Tried everything in this thread including total uninstall of Adobe Creative Cloud and all the apps. My friends with the same MacBooks and versions of lightroom never had any issues. Might switch to Capture One if this problem doesn't go away.

Try holding in the Cmd/Ctrl key, a small magnifying box should show, and then scroll in/out.

@FamaFoto so you were expecting Photoshop to read your mind and try to guess which subject you actually wanted to select? unfortunatelly it doest work like that... try using youtube search function to find tutorials explaining selection methods inside Photoshop

I use Healing Brush Tool in Legacy mode. Just tick the box "Use Legacy" in the tool. Photoshop 25.0.0 forgets this setting, it basically forgets that I ticked the "Use Legacy" setting in the tool and every time I open Photoshop, I just notice the weird Healing Brush behavior and then I notice that "Use Legacy" is unchecked. Please fix this bug in later versions, it's very annoying to remember to check the box "use legacy" every time I open Photoshop, just because it can't remember this setting. This was never an issue in the past. I use Mac, I don't know if it does this on Windows too.

I have typically same issue on Win 10. So slow in develope mode, also in Library. The interface of Lightroom is slow too. I don't know what happened, but after latest update, I can't work in Lightroom. I tried all common tips for speed up lightroom. Tried different versions of Lightroom and Drivers.
