Grown up humans are not children. This service is absolutely useless right now. I don't understand why we should pay a dime for it even if this strange limitation bug wasn't there. The amount of credits is a joke.

It's not a bug. Many Contributors are reporting delays exceeding 2 months. I have some assets that have waited for ~3 months, while a few much newer assets were reviewed. There's no need to delete your submissions; however if you still wish to do so, go to the Uploaded/In Review tab, click on the image you want to delete and scroll to the far right bottom of the screen where you'll find the delete link.

It is clear that you have no grasp of journalistic principles.

Let me say that you can't judge that.

once via chat
By @JoBo
Chat is customer support, not the support for contributors.
Adobe is good at answering questions when it comes to finances, but if I, as a customer, have problems with their services, it's apparently not as important. It's bad business ethics.
By @JoBo
As a contributor, you are not a customer.
Since I'm very careful not to get blocked, I'm also very careful not to break any rules. Otherwise, it would be incredibly stupid. Block those who deserve it, and let the rest of us use the service as designed.
By @JoBo
I can't comment on this, but Adobe does not block contributors for no reason. It may well be, that the situation is like having the police before your door because the neighbour just called them. You might or might not hide a body in the basement. Without research, no one can know.
As you can tell, I'm thoroughly annoyed by this as I've spent months filling Adobe's image bank with material they've benefited from. Business decency includes communicating with your customers or suppliers in a way that corresponds to the seriousness with which they otherwise present themselves.
By @JoBo
The experience we have, is that Adobe answers, but that contributors either not read that answer, not accept that answer or simply not understand that answer. I do know nothing about your case, but with all those messages you sent Adobe, I'm sure someone did answer once. Generally, Adobe had a turnaround time of 24h (on a workday), but it appears to me that this increased somehow.

I hope someone can help clarify for me: (4) Even with the deprecation of Type 1 font support in [...] FrameMaker in January 2023, you will still be able to place EPS and PDF content with embedded Type 1 fonts into these application documents and subsequently be able to display, print, and export PDF content from same. (6) The announcement applies strictly to new releases beginning in January 2023. It does not affect support for Type 1 fonts in earlier releases. Thus, you can continue to use Type 1 fonts for editing legacy documents after January 2023. [...] So, if I have and use FrameMaker 2019, and I use Type 1 fonts such as Helvetica, a) will old documents with Type 1 fonts in Frame continue to function, as "legacy", and b) if I create new documents, but in Frame 2019, will they also continue to function because it's not a new release, it's good ol' Frame 2019? Hope this makes sense - having a hard time finding an answer to which part applies to my situation. Thanks for any assitance you can offer!
