In LRC it can use "+" "-" to adjust the exposure. But LRC really slow.... LR is fater than LRC, But why didn't have shortcut key??

Photoshop V25.91 (any V25). When using spacebar to panning the canvas freezes.Can't do anythingk. I have tryied disable the flick panning and windown inks. The Bug still here!!!! But it will work fine in V24 and Beta version. When ADOBE CAN FIX THIS BUG!

When I resize the Hight or Width in transform window using the % method. It will not come out the right valuue. e.g. My original height is 300PX, I typed 50% in the box. Then the result is 15px...... Is it a bug? Or my setting have somthing wrong? Please.
