Opacity and fill slider does not work

Pulling on the opacity and fill in layers panel does not work any more. I need to click on an arrow and then use the slider- it does not work when puling just with click on opacity as before.

Hi Will, Did you find a solution to this? I managed to save it as a tiff, but no luck saving to PSB.
