I can't believe support hasn't replied to this! Sheesh! You can click on the hamburger menu on the CC Libary toolbar and "view deleted items". You can retore from there. (I guess free support doesn't get much support these days...)

I am sooo frusterated with this problem. I have folders that can't be deleted without first going into task manager (each and eevery time) searching for, and disabling Adobe Collaborative Synce. AdobeCollabSync.exe is keeping folders open for some reason, even if they are completely empty.I'm attaching a screenshot for reference. Any help would be soooo appreciated. I have been having this problem for almost a year now!

Suddenly can't move ANYTHING with the mouse. I can select items, resize them, rotate them but can't drag anything to a new location. What's up with that? I already reset my preferences. Please help!

So when I'm editing my raw photos, after deleting an image, the next image is displayed, though I cannot edit it in any way without physically clicking on it's thumbnail first. How frustrating when quickly editing and removing bad shots from my collection! Anyone else experiencing this? VValentine

When I'm resizing small documents into larger ones, I am running into a problem where the text size is changing as I put in the new typeface size. For example, if I have an 8pt font size and want to change it to 200, when I enter two, it changes before I can enter the following zeroes, it it changes again when I enter the next digit. So illustrator is making me change the font from 8pt, to 2pt, to 20pt, and finally to 200pt. This is a huge problem when working with larger files and text effects. Please someone tell me how to turn this feature off.... Valerie Valentine

How can I use rulers only on artboards and not show them on entire canvas? This is a problem when working with differently-sized layouts on the same canvas as each ruler runs through adjacent and differently sized layouts. For example, I have an 8.5x11", 11x17" and 22x28" design all on the same artboard. I need rulers on each both horizontal and vertical, but they are all different for each layout. It would be great if they only showed on the individual layouts and not across to adjacent designs. Any help would be great! An example is attached showing the problem.

Turn off your system OS dictation. I believe it has nothing at all to do with Acrobat.
