I found an old thread from 2020 about this issue, but nothing in there helps me. All the buttons at the bottom of the layer mask panel do not work. Layer mask, adjustment layer, group, new layer and delete. I click on them and they do nothing. I have Adobe CC all apps, the latest PS version 26.3 updated 6 days ago. Hi, Recently started learning Illustrator... I've traced over a placed template. Probably the wrong way to do it, but i created each arm, bottom part of dress, top part of dress, head, and hair seperately. So I could but the grey folder in and tuck it behind her arms. Seem ed to work just how I wanted. 100% sure there is a better way of doing this. The traced template was very small, so I carried on as I thought I would be able to enlarge it anyway. Now I cannot enlarge the whole image and it has the red outline box, the same as the placed template. Help please!

Hi, I've dabbled a bit in Photoshop and Premier Pro for a few years, but don't really have any illustrator skills. I want to learn, but have an urgent project that would be suited to illustrator. I don't have time to learn, so I'm hoping someone in London can help me. I'm looking for someone to help me create a poster for work illustrating core values, mission statement etc and I have an idea in my head, I just don't know how to transfer that to the screen! I'm hoping someone can sit with me and guide me through it. Of course everyone is busy (especially at this time of year) and time is money...so quote me an hourly rate for your time. It won't accept the 24 digit serial number. So I guess that's me done then? For future reference, could I have saved Lightroom on an external hard drive before wiping my entire laptop?

I still have the card with the 24 digit serial number (long day, mis-counted the numbers!) Does this change it to slim to maybe?!

I'm not sure how this helps me, my Computer was wiped of all programs and I've lost Lightroom as part of this. I had no Adobe account, so there seems to be no proof I ever had it?

Hi, I bought Adobe Lightroom 5 in March 2015. Recently my laptop need wiping due to a virus. So now I need to reinstall Lightroom. However it appears I didn't have an adobe account, I don't remember setting one up when I first installed the program. So how can I download the program I've paid for? The 20 digit serial number has expired. I have paid for it, and cant see a way of getting around having to pay for it again...?
