クラウド版のLightroomから現像データをバックアップする方法は、書き出しからファイル形式を「元画像+設定」に設定して書き出しを行います。
現像設定そのものは引き継げますが、フラグやキーワードなどまで引き継げるかどうかは検証していないのでわかりません。

The sky is noisy, and I bet, the picture is underexposed. Underexposure is confirmed by looking at the histogram.
BTW: Telling us the Adobe stock refusal reason is a nice indication at what we should look. This here has been refused for quality issues, I guess.

You tell us why, we tell you the errors.
Looking at Puente...003: the asset is noisy so that would be quality. But there are also a lot of IP issues, including the bridge:

The asset is obviously missing focus, and there is a stain in the image that needs to be corrected:
(BTW: if you want good critiques, publish less pictures. Checking a lot of pictures takes time, and at the end, the issues may be similar).

If you use an Adobe Stock limited license with Adobe Express, you need to be aware of the following. There's no problem if you post a video created with Adobe Express to social media as is. Re-editing a video created with Adobe Express using other editing software is prohibited.
Also, while there's no problem with posting on regular social media, paid or membership-based social media platforms may have limits on the number of views.

最近この手の質問をよく見かけるので不具合があるのかな?という所ですが解決策が出てこないので。。。
原因はいくつかか考えられますが、セキュリティソフトをお使いなら一時的にOFFにしてみてください。
セキュリティソフトによっては、アンインストールしないと正常に動作しなかったというケースも有りました。
あと、質問されるならご利用環境を詳しく書いて頂いた方が良いと思います。
特定の利用環境にのみ発生する障害もあるかと思います。

Log in to the Contributor page using your PC browser. Display your Contributor Account at the top of the screen. In the top right corner of the Name Settings section, you will see "View Public Portfolio."
Or display the assets you have registered. Click on the link with your name displayed.

The asset is highly underexposed, the box is too tightly cropped, and the lock is not sharp. The lock looks like it has been run through a softening filter.
Adapt the exposure and check if you can safe the sharpness and resubmit. The asset won't get you many sales, however.

The fram is underexposed and details are lost in the shadows.
When this image is printed the dark areas will print as black blotches.

You are allowed to submit up to 3 variations of a subject. If you submitted more than three, chances are that you get a refusal for similar assets alredy submitted. A second possibility is that what you have submitted is abundantly present in the database and your asset has not the unique selling point required at that moment.

情報が不足しており、申し訳ありませんでした。 新ユーザでログインした状態でUsers/<ユーザ名>/Library内のKeychainsフォルダをコピーしておいて旧ユーザでログインし直して該当フォルダを入れ替えました。 キーチェーンがサラになるので面倒ですが、復帰はできました。 因みに色々パスワードを入れ直す必要が出て面倒なので、再度該当フォルダを古いものに入れ替えたら、私の場合は不具合前に戻れました。

I appreciate everyone's reply to my inquiry. I reposted the photo, updating the keywords as yamoto7 suggested, and the photo was accepted. Abambo's and other comments were helpful as well...every inquiry I have made has brought up ideas and directions that have been helpful in all of my postings. It appears to me that Adobe is tightening their review and quality requirements...sometimes a challenge to meet.
