that is exactly what is happening to me also, and it does totally ruin workflow... i tried reverting to CC2018, but the problem is presenting there also. it is now 3 hours past when i was supposed to receive a phone call from adobe tech support, so i think it's probably safe to say that they aren't going to call. ... I pick brush to paint, zoom in and start drawing, but the only thing that happens is that the canvas moves around. When I zoom out completely, until I see the margins, only then the pen will work. ... View more
