Communicate directly with Adobe Premiere Pro  Video Product team!   Just saw an announcement on YouTube of an Adobe Live stream scheduled for 3/7/2025 at 9:30am PDT. It is titled "Meet the Adobe Video Product Team, Behind the Scenes & Beyond, with Kylee Pema and Francis Crossman". This would be a great time to hear directly from Adobe and give your direct feedback about the user interface font size problem and anything else you wish to give feedback about. FYI - If you aren't familiar with YouTube Live Streams, they are announced in advance, but usually the recorded version is kept online afterwards for viewing if you can't attend in real time. YouTube has a comments feature where you can post your comments and feedback.  In my experience, feedback is best given during the live stream, but you can also post comments to the recorded video if watch it later as a replay. YMMV how the participants or host of the live stream and video process comments, but definitely worth participating if you want to elevate the frustration with Adobe Premiere Pro user interface font size problems. This is where ... quite literally, in fact! ... we all see things differently. I have no trouble with the current font, across my four monitors, even after um ... many years of professional working. We'll leave it at that.   Most younger workers don't have an issue. But some workers of all ages do. That percentage is darn near impossible for us users to know, and ... from my experience of things Adobe, the key data here is their perception of the percentage of the user base affected. In general, the larger the percentage, the higher priority is assigned to things.   That isn't a "controlling" factor, but simply a major one.   I'd prefer user controls and options, in everything, always!!!! ... please! I had the exact same issue. You're HEVC solution worked, but I really want to know what is causing that behavior. I've never seen it before.  I had even dropped my 1920X1920 files into a 1920X1080 sequence and resized to fit the vertical, but it still exported in that same weird way! ... View more

I would like to upvote this.  I have a production that is over 1 year old.  One project in particular constantly has 'failed to read the following file:' errors.  but that's it.  I still don't know which file or files cause this problem. Only recently has my working project timeline begun to have the same problem.  Presumably because whatever media in the other project is now/finally in my timeline. By @XilburQost Stock was never part of a Creative Cloud subscription. And it's 3 free assets per day. When you take a subscription for stock, there is no limit. You're welcome. And yes, the secret is "License for Free", as even that it is free, it's still a licence ruled by the licensing terms. So, you can use the asset as stated in the licensing terms, but you need to follow also those terms. For pictures and vector, free assets come with a standard licence. The ProEXR plug-in for Premiere has shipped with the program since CC 2015. You can simply import/export EXR files like any other file sequence.   Sounds like your sequence might have some custom channels. You can access those in Premiere by going to the footage's Source Settings and picking the channels you want to use for RGBA. ... View more
