I'm actually transferring CS4 and an upgrade CS5.5. So that should work then, yeah? If they upgrade from CS4 to CS5.5? And thank you for this info! Much appreciated!

I own a CS4 Master Collection and I want to transfer the license to another user. I do not have an active account at the moment. We've been users for years but stopped a few years ago as we didn't require it anymore. The fact that I don't have an active account has been a roadblock with the chatbot. I saw that some others have made headway doing this.
