Hi Barbara, Earlier, when trying to go to this URL: http://www.adobe.com/education/certification-programs.html The Adobe website would forward me to: http://www.adobe.com/uk/education/certification-programs.html It inserted "UK" after the domain name - I guess because I was logged into my Adobe account and it knows I'm in the UK? Logging out of my Adobe account, and I would not get forwarded to the "UK" page and so everything worked!  However, 10 minutes later,  and I'm getting the 404 Page not found error again  But this time,  I'm even getting the error when trying to go to the first (US based) URL. I've tried the normal - clearing cache, using Incognito mode,  trying a different browser (IE 11 instead of Chrome) and my partner has just tried again on his PC.   He also VPN'd to work, so his connection to the Internet from his laptop is actually via Paris, but that didn't work either.  Lastly, he tried a command line check on the URL (avoiding Browser cookies etc. etc.) and got this: --2017-10-10 19:06:23--  http://www.adobe.com/education/certification-programs.html Resolving www.adobe.com... 104.96.25.47 Connecting to www.adobe.com|104.96.25.47|:80... connected.
