Export the file to IDML and open that. It may clean out any old information from the file. Otherwise, just ignore the alert.

This is an old topic and may not be entirely relevant to your issue so you may want to consider making your own original post. As Nancy eluded to, you need to be on Mac OS 14.3 or later to stop the freezing when you right click in code view. If this is an unrelated issue to what I am describing, I would recommend starting a new topic with details about what you are experiencing and we can try to offer support to your issue specifically.

I am seeing the same issue/error with Adobe Photoshop 24.5 and 24.6 Universal (and Silicon) when generating a package installer via AdminConsole for an M2 install. Only solution that worked was using 24.1 (I didn't try any other version since I saw someone post and another person verify that 24.1 worked for them)

Picking up on an old thread I know but, while auto play is usually not a good thing there are time when it is necessary, for example I have a page with links (play buttons) to 5 videos, if I create the individual videos as object states I can add a video play action to the play buttons but the page load takes too long, therefore I have created individual document pages and changed the play button action to go to page, that means that someone clicks play, goes to the page and then has to click play again, not good! If play on page load is not possible it should not be an option in Indesign, it just frustrates and creates work.

Thank you @Srishti Bali for your reply. Changing the sytem preferences scaled resolution is not an ideal solution as it would affect all of my applications and is essentially the same as lowering my screen resolution, I have 5k resolution so intend to make full use of it. For now I will use the default UI scalling setting (which is too small) until Indesign/Adobe fix UI scalling.

Y'know... I haven't had THIS problem, but I did have another GPU related issue after hte last update. I disabled GPU and it all worked. Then, to my surprise, it CONTINUED to work, when I turned GPU support back on! Have you, by any chance, tried that?

OK, I worked this out. When I expand the paths they are masked, unmask and in outlines view I can see the mask paths, delete them and now I can select both path end points with the point selection tool and join them with 'join path'

Thanks Klaus, I'm using v19.1 of animate, under window > extensions all I have listed is 'colour themes'. In my case I managed to hand code the animation I needed but it would have been a lot easier to create using a timeline with visual feedback, timing and easing is not easy when working directly with the code.

It is a large volume containing over 2,500 files but since my original post git has started to work again. When it works it is available almost immediately, when I receive the 'wait being initialized' message I can work on the site for an entire day without it becoming available, it appears to be more of a DW bug than a simple case of time taken to indexing the site files.

If you make a regular backup, I would say Yes. I have taken out a paid version of Github so that I always have an online backup of my sites. The cost is the same as having two cafe lattes a month.

This is definitely a gpu problem, I have my black settings set to display accurately but soft proofing does nothing unless gpu performance is disabled under the performance preferences. Hopefully support will be included in a future update.
