For the past few weeks everytime I try to open a pdf file, right click it or even save a pdf through InDesign or Illustrator, I would get that an internal error has occured. My laptop would also lag for a while which would stop me from getting things done quickly. I tried different fixes which I have found online but none worked, until I read in one of the forums that Adobe Acrobat Pro no longer supports preview on windows. Now I turned off preview and it seems to be working fine so far, but this is not a convenient soloution as I rely on preview to view photos and other file content. And to make things even more incovenient, I am also unable to download a previous Adobe Acrobat Pro version through the CC app.

Thank you for your reply, Nancy. Can you please explain further how the exchange rate affects the plan prices? I am aware of other subscription based service providers that charge less depending on the country

Upon launch of InDesign (version 17.1), the keyboard does not work at all. Must wait some time before getting any response from the keyboard.

Hello, so I'm a recent graduate and work as a graphic designer in Egypt. Since I'm completely against pirating and think that everything should be paid it's worth, I have been subscribing to Adobe Creative Cloud for the past 2 years as a personal account. In Egypt, our salaries are relatively low and when comparing Adobe price plans for Egypt with the UK, I came to the conclusion that although the plans in Egypt are discounted, they are still extremy high relative to the market and our salaries. It is a pain to have to pay around 14% of my salary each month, while in the UK designers pay 2-4% of their salaries. I wish there is a way to petition that the plans be a little less expensive, just so that it fits within the market for us recent graduates still trying to make it with very little.
