Sort of. The new DW now uses a Live Preview. That live preview needs to do some funky stuff behind the scenes in order to function correctly, changes in the address are part of that. Unfortunately, it's a round-about way to do it with no shortcuts, but you can still use the old Preview in Browser by right clicking the file in the Files window and choosing Open In Browser. ...
