I expect that you have noticed how the current support system, which relies on you and others sharing links to information that often misses the mark for our specific concerns, is frustrating. As someone who covers my CC subscription entirely out of pocket, the financial commitment is significant, especially since it's a personal expense that cannot be deducted from my taxes. I was fortunate enough to make a living using these tools before, but after being diagnosed with cancer, I had to step back due to fatigue. Even so, I chose to keep my CC subscription to nurture my creative spirit and remain productive. Sharing this dramatic point emphasizes that I'm not generating any income from Adobe's tools, and I'm sure I'm not alone. We are not all part of an agency. The addition of costs for beta programs, which need to be tested and learned, feels particularly unfair, especially considering how expensive these subscriptions already are. I do hope Adobe is listening and that improvements can be made.

Yes, that's exactly what I meant. Even though my premium membership grants access to most of the apps, I primarily use Express and Firefly. However, as you also notice, there is no Firefly and Express Premium subscription. So, I purchased a monthly Firefly subscription today to test it, but I won't keep it unless Adobe rolls out a better subscription package or includes it in the premium membership. Like many others here, I find it utterly absurd that Adobe users must pay an additional fee for beta versions of their software. Typically, beta programs are works in progress, often lacking in stability and functionality, which can delay their full development for months. Therefore, they need to be tested, and who better to test it than the community? This is why access to these beta versions should be included at no extra cost within existing paid subscriptions. As far as I know, you don't work for Adobe, so who could actually address this issue?

Thanks, I think I got it...based on your post, I see that "video generation will require one of the paid Firefly plans," which I have just purchased. However, I would prefer not to have multiple memberships. Is there a plan that includes both Adobe Express and Firefly video? I looked through all the Adobe plans but couldn’t find one. Did I miss it, or does such a plan not exist?

I'm completely confused about my membership situation. My account indicates that Firefly is included in my membership, and I have been using it for months, plus I still have many credits left. Has something changed? Do I no longer have access to Firefly as part of my membership, and do I now need a separate subscription? I don’t use many apps; I’m satisfied with Adobe Express and Firefly. Since I can't access the Firefly video feature without purchasing a separate membership, I decided to sign up for the monthly Firefly membership to test it out. However, I'm not planning to maintain two memberships. Should I change my plans?

I have a premium account, which includes Firefly; however, when I tried the Firefly video Beta, it prompted me to buy Firefly again.

I used to be able to embed an Adobe website to an outside site, but now I get a login page instead. Help!
