As an update to this crashing problem, when I fell back to CC2015 (PP 2015.4), for whatever reason, Premiere Pro has been more stable than ever. Still editing today (April 2017) in CC2015. Prelude has issues, but Premiere Pro is working so well I'm almost paranoid to attempt an update. Even the audio is playing perfectly every time I hit the spacebar to play the timeline. I'm curious if anyone else has thoughts/experiences. I really do want to update when I finish the current project. Still on OSX El Capitan (10.11.6), Mac Pro (late 2013). ... View more
