Can anyone tell me if Generative Video, Text to Video etc is not available to all CC subscribers? Im asking because its not working for me i keep getting an saying i dont have access to this feature. Hope someone can help clear my confusion up.

when i try to generate text to video i get a message stating You don't have access to this feature You can contact your admin to request access. i am admin and there is no way for me to allow this. PLEASE HELP

Quite new to all of this and have recently recorded footage at 1080p at 25fps and 100fps as well as 4k footage at 25fps and 50fps. is it possible to use all of these in the same sequence and if so how do I do that?
