I am the administrator for our Adobe licenses. We have 4 Acrobat Pro licenses, one of which was assigned to my personal account. (2 others have been assigned, one remains open). The accounts are all good through July 2023. I recently retired an old workstation and put Acrobat Pro on my new replacement workstation. I signed in under my personal account and password. Acrobat Pro does not recognize me as an already licensed user, even though the admin consule identifies my name and email as a licensed user. Instead, to get access to Acrobat Pro features like editing a PDF, the software wants me to subscribe for yet another license. I have terminated all Acrobat Pro sessions and made sure I removed Acrobat Pro from the workstation I retired. How can I get Acrobat Pro working on the new workstation without purchasing yet another license. Michael Tabb I have closed all sessions on all other prior

I run Adobe Acrobat Pro DC as my default .pdf application on a Dell laptop running Win 10, 64 bit, and using Outlook 365 as my default mail application. All software is updated to their most recent versions and has been since I started using Pro DC in June 2020. During most of this time I have not been able to view .pdfs in the Outlook previewer. This appears to be due to some type of conflict between Outlook 365 and Pro DC. When the program was first installed the Outlook previewer worked and also for a very brief period when I reinstalled Outlook 365 . (After a second reinstallation of Outlook 365, the previewer never worked.) This is irritating but I can live with it. Recently however, .pdf attachments hang for several minutes before they open in Pro DC. I click on a .pdf attachment and nothing happens. For several minutes (2 to 5). And then with no warning the document suddenly opens in the application. This problem lasts until I reboot the computer, after which documents once again open quickly and properly out of Outlook. Recently, however, the delay in opening has been occurring more frequently. Instead of occuring several days after I have rebooted, recently I have difficulty opening .pdf attachments shortly after rebooting. If I save the document and open it from inside Pro DC, the document opens properly. I use Pro DC on two other workstations, both of which use Outlook 2016. Neither of those machines have difficulty opening .pdf attachments and the Outlook previewer works perfectly. Is there something I can do with my installation of DC Pro to make it work with Outlook 365?
