Hard to tell since you don´t give us any export settings. Some codecs takes full advantage of CPU/GPU, some dont.   Has ME ever used full GPU and CPU power with the settings you use?   I noticed that the disks are almost full. This is an issue and can slow down renders and make the export to stall.    But then I realised that ME isn't using the full GPU or CPU power.   Any thoughts what I have set wrong or,..... Script can not even fine out where the cursor is and it may also be in motion. The is not interface to get the cursor position or position the cursor.. You could ask for a new feature on Adob's feedback site. But because the Info panel basically does what you want but not by the cursor I do not think Adobe would add that feedback also to the eyedropper tool when the info panel does it for almost all tools. ...
