Hi @Anshul_Nautiyal I contacted Adobe support this morning again, I confirmed the deletion again (the fourth time, I think) and was advised to wait at least 30 days in which I should not log in to my account. After this period of time everything should be deleted. However, I'm a bit in a hurry. I have no software to work with since 4 weeks now and now I should wait another 30 days. For me that is not possible. My work piles up. I installed GIMP and INKSPACE and hope to get around with these two apps. I just do not have the time to wait any longer. By the way: after I received your message, of course I tried it again to leave the deleted organization. It is just not possible. Not at the moment at least. Maybe in 30 days, nobody knows. Just to recall: All I wanted to do 4 weeks ago, after I canceled my subsription for the Adobe Team Account, was to delete the accounts and make a fresh start with Adobe. Easy peasy, I thought. I was the only user, I was the only admin. How hard could that be, I thought. After 4 weeks I have to say: what a mess. I have have an individual private Adobe CC account which I use for private work and which has nothing to do with the Adobe Teams account I had at work. For this I'm really thankful. Anyway, thank you for your support. At least you tried your best but the Adobe account system beated us both. Kind regards Michael

Since 4 weeks I try to delete my account. Even with the help of 4 support staff (up to now) this is a mission which obviously cannot be accomplished. I had a Adobe Team account by mistake. I was the only person in my company using that account, there was only on subscription for this account. Because the Adobe Team account is mor expensiv then a individual account my company told me to get rid of it. I successfully canceled my subsription. The idea was to delete the Adobe Team account and my account within that Adobe Team account to get a fresh start with Adobe. Now, this plan failed so far. At the moment I'm a member of a "deleted org". I cannot leave this "deleted org" and as long as I cannot leave the "deleted org" I cannot delete my account. With this setup it is also not possible to start a new subscription. The only chance I had is using a new e-mail address which I didn't get from my company. I had the support of 4 Adobe staff in the last 4 weeks and none of them was able to delete the accounts. I answered 3 e-mails with "I agree" , which seems to have no effect so far. I don't understand why it's so difficult to delete a team account, especially if you're the only person on that team.

Hello again, here comes an update. I installed Photoshop on a brand-new Windows 11 laptop this weekend, and in this case, the accent ` was not accepted. I have to use the minus - instead. So,- and # work in the standard window and the Mask&Select window. Umlauts still won't work in the Mask&Select window.

thanks for the details. The solution is simple: on a German keyboard the umlauts do not work for brush size in select&mask. Using alternative keys solved the issue.

Thanks for the hint with the # That solves the issue for me. The shortcuts ö, ä, ü, ß do not work with the brush size in select&mask. I ended up with ´ (that's the accent) and # It makes me wonder whether umlauts work within the picture and not within select&mask. I'd dare say that's a kind of bug.

Hi @Anshul_Saini I work with German keyboard layout, therefore the default Keyboard Shortcuts (brackets) won't do because the brackets require the shift-key on a German Keyboard. I do not work with a Wacom tablet. I can try safe mode on my private PC but not on my company PC. I have this issue on two completely different systems with different Adobe accounts (one private, one company), so I think it is very unlikely that the source is the OS or another software.

Hallo zusammen ich arbeite mit Photoshp 26.1 und einer deutschen Tastatur. Ich habe für die Pinselgröße die Tasten "Ä" (für größer) und "Ö" (für kleiner) als Tastenkürzel eingestellt. Das funktioniert im normalen Arbeitsbereich einwandfrei. Wenn ich aber in das "Auswählen und Maskieren" Fenster wechsle, funktioniert das Tastenkürzel nicht mehr. Ich bin mir sicher, dass das mal funktioniert hat. Hat sich da etwas geändert? Ich habe das Problem auf zwei unterschiedlichen Installationen (Firma und privat). Strg+Alt+Rechte Maustaste ziehen funktioniert noch in "Auswählen und Maskieren", aber ich bräuchte ein Tastenkürzel, so dass ich das mit dem Wacom umsetzen kann. Hat jemand eine Idee, wo das Problem liegen könnte, bzw. ob das überhaupt ein Problem ist? Es könnte ja sein, dass Adobe die Tastenkürzel in "Auswählen und Maskieren" einfach gestrichen hat.

I have the same issues. As soon as I change the document the Save , Save as, Check in, Save a copy, Undo and Redo menu entries are greyed out. I found no way to fix this. This is annoying: I used this document as a kind of template and now I can't work with it anymore. What a mess! I work with Windows 11 and Indesign 19.01. 64

This "new feature" crashes my workflow. Why not let the user decide in the settings how to manage the "Export as.."? It is always critical to change a well establish function just because. Regards

Version 3.4.3 brought the breakthrough. 😉 I had the issue that the work area always stayed black. I could place objects there, but they were not visible. Now, starting Dimensions CC after the last update, I'd got a message asking me whether I'd like to use the GPU. And, badabing, suddenly it worked as it should. I have the idea that the solution came with Substance 3D Stager. I installed Substance, and I had the same issues as Dimension CC: with the NVIDIA Quattro P2200, I couldn't see anything in the working area. Sometimes Substance just froze. I assume that the fix for Dimension CC came because of the issues with Substance. A Quattro P2200 not working with Dimension CC is not that important. But when this GPU doesn't work with a new product, Adobe likes to earn good money, priorities change. Nevertheless, the fix made its way to Dimension CC, and after 6 months, I can use that software for the first time👍

Adobe moved this area to another place. Does anybody know how to find the "Activated devices" section on your Adobe account? By @blck77 no Adobe is made up of little bubbles that don't talk to each other By @Ussnorway Ahhhh, thanks for that hint. I thought it's just confusion on Adobe's side. Good to know that this is the world-renowned "small bubbles" strategy 😂

After signing out of the cc desktop app and signing again, I started Dimension and got an error message that I have to sign in with no further explanations. Then I started Illustrator, and there I saw the reason: There was still a connection between the account and the old PC. I was able to unsign from the old PC in that dialog box. Now I can start Dimensions without the cloud error message. Nevertheless, when I create an object, the main problem remains that it is not visible in the work area. BTW: I tried to find the section where I could manage my devices with my online account. No way. I just couldn't find it. It must be a top-secret place. I've found these instructions from 2016: https://community.adobe.com/t5/digital-editions/manage-authorized-devices/m-p/3948262#M11277 But as it seems, Adobe moved this area to another place. Does anybody know how to find the "Activated devices" section on your Adobe account?

That sounds reasonable, but how come? The old PC is gone. I had a fresh installation on the new PC 2 or 3 months ago. There is no link between the old and the new PC. Therefore I assume that this information ("Dimension is linked to the old computer") comes from the Adobe cloud. The question is, how to get rid of it?

You are right. On my private PC, Dimension is running without any issues, and there is no cloud symbol. I assume you can see that symbol only if Dimension thinks there is no cloud connection for whatever reason.

Dimension version: 3.4.1 Windows 10 Enterprise 20H2 Build 19042.804 Enterprise Account Adobe Creative Cloud is running in the background, and it is connected. All other CC Applications (PS, Illustrator, InDesign, Animate, etc.) have no such issues. Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz 16.0 GB Ram NVIDIA Quadro Pro P2200 driver version 461.40 (latest) The whole system had a clean installation 2 months ago. Everything has worked fine without any issues except Dimension. I had the installation on an older PC last year, and Dimension worked as it should. Actually, I've got the new PC to have a bit more power for 3D applications. At least, Blender works 😉 nevertheless, it would be great to get this running.

I still have the same issues with Dimension as I had before the update. First point: Dimenision tells me I'm not connected to Creative Cloud. Creative Cloud Desktop app tells me: everything is fine. Second point: Whatever object I drag in the work area is not visible. I can see the objects on the objects list, but that's it. I have these issues for weeks, and I hoped the update brings a fix.

Unfortunately, there is no more old GPU. Our IT department installed the NVIDIA P2200, and that's it. After installation, I had a driver from December 2020, which didn't work for Dimension CC, and now I have the most current driver from January, which didn't work for Dimension. I'm not particularly eager to downgrade the Graphic driver just because of Dimension. I see a risk that maybe then other applications won't work anymore. If there is no solution at hand, I consider switching to Blender at least that one works.

I already did that. And I saw that I'm not alone. The hint they have is updating the graphic card driver which I already did. A NVIDIA Qudro P2200 is not that a very special or exotic graphic card. I have new one, you still can by those cards. In my company a lot of computers work with that card even in the design department where they work with other 3-D software. No issues there so far.

you are right, that's the second issue I have with dimension. I consider the missing network connection not as a high priority issue as long as the screen is black. Actually, the message reads "You are not logged in" . I assume the message means the Creative Cloud which is not true because I`m logged in. I work with a Creative Cloud abonnement from my company. The Creative Cloud Desktop app has no issues with the connectivity. Also, all the other apps I work with (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Indesign) have no connectivity issues. I'm always logged in with all these apps. Only Dimension CC shows that message. And unfortunately, there is obviously no menu where I could change any settings. I'm lost.

I just installed a NVIDIA Quadro P2200 (most current driver 461.40) on a Windows 10 64 bit computer. Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere etc. work fine but Dimension has a massive issue: the working area is just black after I start the software. I could even start the tutorials, unfortunately, I couldn't see anything. You can see the object data on the right when you place a new object on the working area but you don't see the object itself. The only tip I found on the Internet was updating the graphic driver. But since I already have the newest drive there is not much I could do. Has anybody an idea how to fix this? Thanks for any help Michael
