Remove background doesn't work

Trying to remove background on my video. It loads (top right corner of the video on my canvas) after clicking "remove background". The loading stops and then, nothing. Nothing happens at all.

If after you review the guidelines you believe you received a false violation, click on “REQUEST REVIEW” so you can share more information on the violation. This feedback will help us to improve our model and help reduce the number of “false violations” that occur.

Hi @Gregusaurus and everyone! Generative AI features are now available publicly in Photoshop v25 (please update!). We are continually working to improve the Firefly model that powers generative AI features in Photoshop. Because we are constantly learning, improving, and optimizing our model you may inadvertently receive a “false violation” message when using generative AI in Photoshop. If after you review the guidelines you believe you received a false violation, continue to share feedback via “REQUEST REVIEW” so you can share more information on the violation. This feedback will help us to improve our model and help reduce the number of “false violations” that occur. You may still experience this in v25. We will keep this thread active and share updates to our model as we improve!

@danielc11218304 what is your prompt/selection? See below, I expanded the image but like others said, placed a "." instead of leaving blank. I was also able to add "halo above hair", baset, flowers, etc.

Heard from another user who said: "Ps (beta) works fine now. It may be that I unclicked the "Rosetta" box in the "Get Info" box." Would anyone be willing to test this? Also there was an update today, please download the latest as and report back if still an issue, Thank you!

Hi everyone, we really want to solve this one as multiple reports are coming in! Please see the below and answer what you can? 1. Is your image 16bit? 2. How are you opening or srufacing the image into Photoshop? 3. In Photoshop, what is your working RGB space in Edit/Color Settings? 4. In Color settings/ Conversion options, which color engine is being used, and what is the rendering intent set to? 5. Can you grab a screen recording of the full session, and full application window of the issue happening? 6. Do you have a file that you can share that shows the problem?
