Yes, I use the object selection tool to select all the trees in front of the building and mask them out. This error has happened a few times when I edit other photos. The only thing that works is restarting the computer.

Object selection tool error Couldn't find an object to select. There might not be enough edge contrast, or the object might be too small. There is plenty of contrast in the objects. Have to restart the computer so the tool can detect the edge. Restarting the program does not fix the issue.

The only options for the object finder selection tool are the rectangle and lasso tools. Additional shapes would be helpful.

If the object finder tool in Photoshop could detect areas that do not have such a high contrast difference. Such as railings and other substrates on a building, would be a huge time saver for rendering purposes.
