Same here! I'm using Factor A, and it will show the glyphs in the panel, and it worked up until yesterday. Now it's stuck ON the glyphs and won't let me change back to the standard characters. The bugs Adobe has been having the last few years is really starting to annoy me, I'm going to go till the end of my subscription and cancel coz I've had enough of it not working properly anymore. I've tried resetting the preferences, reinstalling photoshop, updating photoshop, restarting the computer and nothing has fixed it.

Hi Derek, Thank you for your swift reply! I'm currently on Ventura, with 600GB of free Hard Drive space, and 32GB of RAM. I've reset to factory defaults, and I've just downgraded to PS 24.0 and the error is still occuring. I'm really starting to tear my hair out. 😞 It only happened on the odd file recently, but today it's doing it with everything I open and it's even just crashing when I try to use the text tool.

I went to post this in the thread as per the request on the help page, but the thread is now locked. I am getting SICK to the back teeth of this happening. I can't do my job because everytime I try to edit text on any PSD it's now doing the 'Program Error'. It's getting beyond annoying.
