It really is astonishingly good now, and saving us a 'lot' of time on some projects. I made this montage for the current SFTW thread. It has more than 100 layers and, IIRC, the object layers are straight from Remove Background with no clean up, no Select & Mask. It was also very quick. The originals were between 1000 and 3000 on the long side, and I live in rural New Zealand with a VDSL2 connection (70Mb/s down, 12Mb/s up) It's extraordinary how much Photoshop has improved in recent years. What all the improvements, big and small, add up to is time saved, and it's a whole lot of time at that!

Make sure you have the latest Ps beta: Adobe Photoshop Version: 26.5.0 20250212.m.2973 455b503 arm64 1. Hi Photoshop Beta Testers! We are so excited to announce the availabity of a new Gradients Context Bar. Let us know what you think or you run into problems! To test out the Gradients Context Bar, make sure you have Context Bars enabled (Window > Contextual Task Bar or right click on canvas areas > Show Contextual Task Bar). Select the Gradient Tool and make sure you have "Gradient" selected in the Gradients Options Bar: With the Gradient Tool selected, click and drag to create a gradient. A new Gradient Adjustment Layer will be created, a Gradients Contextual Task Bar is shown.

I would like to write a ticket for our backlog but need very specific steps to reproduce the problem and investigate other workflows which could be affected and/or need to be updated to the desired functionality.

@Abhishek Ravi Can you please provide more info on what version of Photoshop you are using and if you are on Mac or Windows. The current version of Photoshop (25.7 April 2024), the Contextual Task Bar does not reset on restart or when opening files.

Have you tried using the lens blur options? Original (all on a flattened layer) The yellow circle selected and inverted: Gaussian Blur 10 pixels (I think) Same again but using Field Blur None of the lens blur filters will bleed past an unfeathered selection.

I hope someone can help clarify for me: (4) Even with the deprecation of Type 1 font support in [...] FrameMaker in January 2023, you will still be able to place EPS and PDF content with embedded Type 1 fonts into these application documents and subsequently be able to display, print, and export PDF content from same. (6) The announcement applies strictly to new releases beginning in January 2023. It does not affect support for Type 1 fonts in earlier releases. Thus, you can continue to use Type 1 fonts for editing legacy documents after January 2023. [...] So, if I have and use FrameMaker 2019, and I use Type 1 fonts such as Helvetica, a) will old documents with Type 1 fonts in Frame continue to function, as "legacy", and b) if I create new documents, but in Frame 2019, will they also continue to function because it's not a new release, it's good ol' Frame 2019? Hope this makes sense - having a hard time finding an answer to which part applies to my situation. Thanks for any assitance you can offer!

Per my experience, checking the indenting has solved the problem for me. Looks like it comes with the 'justify' options. What has worked for me has always been to press the "Enter" key from the first word that begins the line that gets missing.

I think the best approach going forwards is to map the AAT tables to OpenType features so they can be exposed in the UI. At least for those features that are supported. Some features, like historical ligatures which I include in most of my fonts, are not exposed in the UI, even if I map the AATs feature code to that of OpenTypes. I have not tried mapping optional AAT to stylistic sets yet. If that works, it'll be a good workaround for now. Type35
