I'm having the same issue with Premiere Pro Beta 25.2.0.116. I seem to be often in some kind of endless update loop. For example, I updated today (Feb 16th), restarted the machine, and now I'm seeing an update notification from Creative Cloud again. The update says it was published on Feb 15th, so it's definitely repeating the same installs.

Agreed, it's strange. I'm not able to unmute it. However, at this point I've completed the project for the client and I actually noticed this bug isn't appearing in a new different project. So, I'm just going to consider it a bug unique to this one and move on.

Unfortauntely that doesn't work either. The right channel is still greyed out. I was able to make spectral adjustments in L that affected both channels upon saving and listening in Premiere, but only being able to monitor in L in Audition makes things a bit difficult to listen to.

I'm been using Audition to open Premiere projects to be able to view the exact timecode my cursor is on. This method has been working perfectly, however recently I've been having an issue with the right channel being muted on a stereo track, and no way to click it back. This only happens in the waveform view, multitrack view plays stereo fine. Adobe Audition 25.0.0.47 Macbook Pro, M1 Pro, Sequoia 15.3 Update: this issue is happening in the most recent beta version of Audition as well.

It turns out the file was corrupted (huge 185GB file that didn't complete, though looked as it had). Was able to re-download and retry the import, it now works in Premiere!

Premiere Pro Beta 25.2.0 (Build 91) MacOS Sequoia 15.2 I tried to import .braw footage, received the notice from Premiere to download the plugin. After install, I'm still receving the same notice.

I've been using Premiere's transcription "filler word" removal for a while now, for uhm removal. Recently, I've noticed that it's says "no results" despite showing the uhms as [...] visually. And they now seem to be detected under "pauses". Why would this be?

Unfortauntely, only lasted a day or so. It's saying I need to update again to v25.2 and the Media Intelligence is back in adds ons menu. Though I did update to Mac Sequoia recently so that could have been a factor.

This seems to be the solution to Creative Cloud perpetually updating v25.2. Though, I did notice that "Media Intelligence" still runs within in the app despite, automatically.

Thanks Harmony! As a professional who pays for the service, I would say fixing the slider for V2 would be most helpful to my practice.

You can still choose V1 in the dropdown, if that's your preference:

Unfortunately, can confirm it does filter out laughter. And with the broken slider can't test different percentages on that. I recognize its likely difficult to design these models to differentiate between noise and laughter.

@Harmony J curious, is the V2 model only built into Adobe Podcast on the web or is it also built into the current version of Premiere via Enhance Speech? Or would that still be V1 currently?

V2 sounds better quality, preserves more of the voice (rather than becoming too robotic/processed at high %s). Reporting Bug: the slider is not working for me. 1%-100% all sound the same. 0% goes to original unprocessed sound.

I use the "replace footage" often for audio tracks. It usually works quite well! I have two stereo wav files: an original and an updated version. When I try the "replace footage" this time, it imports with only the left channel with audio and the right is muted. Why? Premiere Pro 24.6.1 MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1

I am working on a multi hour podcast. Typically I use the online "Enhance Speech" option because it's faster processing than my laptop. However, I've noticed it seems to be better quality as well. I tested a file with the "Enhance Speech" option locally because it was over 2+ hrs (which the online option doesn't support) and I can hear a significant difference. The online processing sounds objectively better. Any reason why? I'm referring to this site here (versus the built in Premiere option in the Audio tab): https://podcast.adobe.com/ Running Premiere Pro 24.5.0 on a Macbook M1 Pro 16GB Ram.

Check out the post I marked as "correct answer" above. Do you have a display that can properly view HDR? If so, then make sure to check "Display Color Management" and "Extended Dynamic Range Monitoring". Also make sure both source and sequence match and are in Rec. 2100 HLG color space. Viewing or converting to SDR will inherently change how it looks (given SDR by its very nature has less range of color and luminesence etc than HDR).

OK super weird. So today woke up and noticed that now everything lists as 2100 HLG in the color settings and that "color spaces match". Initially it was super blown out and I was confused why everything had changed, then I clicked "extended dynamic range monitoring" and now it looks closer to the source footage, and that detail I was talking about in the beard etc seems to be there now in Premiere! 😄

Update: the clip I'd rendered for the client "looks better to me -- e.g. I can now see the detail in the corner of his left lens. However it still seems to have slightly more exposure than the raw footage?" He also attached his built-in display and external display information. While mine is the Apple XDR Display (P3-1600 nits) his is this:

Wow thanks for the in depth reflection Niel! Wild wild west indeed. I'm waiting on feedback given timezone differences on what this was shot on but I'll keep you updated. I think current settings look good, but any sense for when I look at the source footage in Quicktime why it would appear to have a bit more detail on the face (beard and skin in particular)? Export settings are same resolution, good bitrate and quality settings. Even in the full resolution preview zooming in with Premiere there seems to be information lost.

OK so experimenting with H.265 exports, it looks pretty good to me (and matches display in Premiere)! I did notice looking at the source footage in Mac OS preview or Quicktime does look slightly different. Looks a bit darker, slighly more contrast and perhaps a bit more detail in the face compared to my export which seems more smoothened. My client was particularly concerned about preserving face detail. (Though if I try and screencap this in preview or Quicktime, the screencap looks blown out.) What is known about how Mac OS preview view HDR? I'll also try and get info on how my client will be viewing. I know he plans to upload to YouTube and Twitter.

Hmm it looks like it's already correct there. And then if I try the override in the Lumetri panel it looks awful.
