Same here - one day it was fine, today it won't open. The 'fun thing' is I now can't open the Project file on any previous versions of After Effects except the AE Beta 25.0x33 and I need to deliver the files tomorrow.

Same here. Unfortunately, it ran fine yesterday, and now I have projects I can't open in previous versions. Btw those DLLs are there. I tried the following steps (none worked): - Replacing mentioned DLLs in Ae Beta with DLLs from Ae 24.6 - Changing Support folder permissions From read-only - Running Ae with admin privileges - Reinstalling Visual C++ Redistributable

I have a feeling that in one version of Premiere Pro, this issue was resolved. Unfortunately, I'm 100% certain that adding a 'Shutter Angle' of any value on a 'Transform Effect' shifts the clip position relative to the anchor point position. In both cases, the visual representation of an 'Anchor point', which appears after clicking on the 'Anchor Point' option in the Effect Controls panel, stays in the center (both horizontal and vertical) of the timeline/composition window. However, when you apply any value to the 'Shutter angle' the clip shifts outside its anchor point center. This issue only occurs when there's a mismatch between timeline resolution and clip resolution, eg. when you're working on a 2160x3840 (9:16) timeline with a 3840x2160 (16:9) clip or on a 1920x1080 (16:9) timeline with 3840x2160 (16:9) clip. The 'Scale motion effects proportionally' option does not make any difference in this case. The 'Use Comopositions's Shutter Angle' option does not make any difference either. Yes, Nesting the clip is the only solution to this bug, however, it slows the whole editing process down. Please, don't bother with "We were unable to reproduce the issue" answer, since this has been well documented for the past 3 years, try rather fixing the issue: https://www.reddit.com/r/premiere/comments/14ce3yh/i_am_trying_to_add_motion_blur_with_the_transform/ https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/transform-effect-shutter-angle-is-messing-up-clip-position/m-p/12321680 https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/transform-effect-with-shutter-angle-changes-anchor-point-position/td-p/13590175 Versions (bug is present on both): Adobe Premiere Pro - Version 24.5.0 (Build 57) Adobe Premiere Pro Beta - Version 24.6.0 (Build 33) Windows 10 Pro 22H2 + latest drivers GeForce RTX 3080 + NVIDIA Studio Driver (555.99) i7-13700k

Hi, I'm having the same issue. I have no idea why is it a password-protected file. Did you find any solution?

It's a good tip, but my Asus Zenbook Pro went wildin' 😂 It somehow uses both to save battery so I'm gonna keep it that way!

Unfortunately, I'm facing the same issue. Only downgrading to 22.3 helped. Just plz don't send links, instead fix it. Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042, i7-8565U, GeForce GTX 1050 with Max-Q Design (4GB) I'll be happy to provide more system details if needed to resolve this issue.

After each update, Adobe XD launches into a white screen and crashes. (as described here: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/adobeXD-launches-into-white-screen-on-windows.html ) When it happened for the first time, I tried all the solutions, but only the 4th helped. Now after every update, I have to repeat the whole process: Uninstall XD. Kill all related processes from Task Manager. Delete temp files by using Run command (Win+r) then %temp% Delete Adobe XD folder from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe Uninstall all Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable packages. Check whether you have the latest graphics driver on your system. For more information, see Update drivers in Windows 10. Restart the computer and install Adobe XD It starts being annoying so someone could do something about it because I'm not the only one who's having this problem. (I have the latest Windows 10 Pro update and latest GPU drivers)

Hi, thanks so much for replay. a. yeah, sometimes it helped me to switch to library mode, so the image got sharp (but not always) - I've tried to use a different catalog and it's basically the same. See here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=15rZG-fXqXqeShP7KO9mnB_PEZ_BtHxBV b. no c. original files are available d. when importing photos I have unchecked "Build smart previews". I'm using the original photo e. I'm viewing the Original Photo f. I'm familiar with this point, but I suppose it only has an impact on colors not on the image quality. I mean the photos seem to just stop loading in one point and lightroom displays you a low-quality "preview" of photo. Thank you in advance for any help.

Hi, thank you so much for a fast replay. I've tried it already before and now once again. But the result is still the same: Image gets sharp for a second and then it becomes blurry again. I also noticed that when you switch to "fill mode" (in navigation) image gets sharp and when you go back to fit mode sometimes it stays sharp. (But not always)

Lightroom is not displaying images in full quality / images aren't sharp until zoom in and out. I read about this issue in a discussion that was about 2 years old. However, some people are still facing this issue. For a second the picture loads sharply and then it's gone. Sometimes it helps to change the mode from fit to fill, or to switch between library and develop mode, but not every time. Ofc, I do have the Smart previews off. And I also have updated GPU driver. Do you guys have any idea how to fix this? SCREENSHOTS: I've also uploaded the screens to drive so it's better visible https://drive.google.com/open?id=1_iGz3sSevQIlNV95KbxO1DLCpW-F4pm- Picture 1 and 2: If you look closely on the water where the sun reflection is the issue it's clearly visible. Picture 3 and 4: If you look closely on the company name in the right corner, again you'll see the unsharp image System info: Lightroom Classic version: 8.3.1 [ 201905241238-dcd7e2de ] License: Creative Cloud Language setting: en Operating system: Windows 10 - Business Edition Version: 10.0.17763 Application architecture: x64 System architecture: x64 Logical processor count: 4 Processor speed: 3.0 GHz Built-in memory: 16331.9 MB Real memory available to Lightroom: 16331.9 MB Real memory used by Lightroom: 776.9 MB (4.7%) Virtual memory used by Lightroom: 917.0 MB GDI objects count: 702 USER objects count: 2719 Process handles count: 1758 Memory cache size: 94.7MB Internal Camera Raw version: 11.3 [ 197 ] Maximum thread count used by Camera Raw: 3 Camera Raw SIMD optimization: SSE2,AVX Camera Raw virtual memory: 208MB / 8165MB (2%) Camera Raw real memory: 209MB / 16331MB (1%) System DPI setting: 96 DPI Desktop composition enabled: Yes Displays: 1) 1920x1080 Input types: Multitouch: No, Integrated touch: No, Integrated pen: No, External touch: No, External pen: No, Keyboard: No Graphics Processor Info: DirectX: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti (26.21.14.3086) {Thread renamed by moderator}
