I am having the exact same problem with the exact tablet and nearly identical hardware. The pen works perfectly for any software but the GT-191 V2. I can use my mouse without an issue then pick up the pen and it lags so badly its not usable. It is pretty clear that Adobe is staffed by amateurs. Not to mention the liars that claimed they'd have ARM native versions in June 2024. It is now March 2025 and we still have nothing more than an emulated beta.   A competent team of programmers could easily have ported Illustrator for Windows to ARM by now. Especially given that Illustrator for Mac is already ARM-native. As with all Adobe apps the code is mostly cross-platform, so I really don't get how it can possibly take this long. Also, any competent management team should have seen the increasing momentum for Windows on ARM years back and started planning accordingly, having their apps ready on day 1.    It is embarassing that the Affinity apps beat Adobe to Windows on ARM by a large margin. At this rate we may arrive at Adobe being over a year late. This is happening to me as well. I opened an .ai file originally created in 2024 with dozens of photos placed (linked, not embedded). Had no issues with photos auto-rotating when I created the document, saved pressready PDFs, and printed.   As of today, every time I open the file, 17 of the photos (out of maybe 100; all jpgs) are rotated 90 degrees. I've corrected them within Illustrator three times, and when reopening the file, they revert to rotation. The fact that they keep stating they are "unable to replicate the issue" is almost as frustrating as this issue itself. Of course they are unable to replicate because it is something that happens randomly! Sometimes I go days without it happening even one time and other days it happens between every single new file I make (for context I am creating around x10-x25 new files per day, all with different sizes and bleed settings as well). This has been happening for over a year now, and is extremely dangerous for me specifically because I am working with print production files for large format event signage which need to be extrememly accurate in order to fit dims provided by our CAD department for custom structures. I have to triple check every time I make a new file that my sizes match what I intend to avoid expensive reprints. Wow!  I just gave this Vectorizer AI tool a try and the result was unbelievably good.  I vectorized an image that has small text with serifs.  I wouldn't have to make any tweaks on that result.  I can't believe it accurately drew all those tiny serifs.  Illustrator has no chance of getting a result like that on small text.  The recent updates to Adobe tracing were not improvements in quality. Just other features.  It needs quality improvements, but I didn't even imagine this level of quality. ... View more
