Hi @Ywan T. do you have the same issue with Ps release version or just Ps beta? When did you notice this happening?
It may help if we could see your Photoshop beta System Info. Launch Photoshop beta, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Hi @landetxa could you share a bit more... what do you mean "won't work'? Does Ps beta open, or does it crash or....?
Can you open Ps release version or is this only a problem with Ps beta?

Hi @Giddy_customers16B8 testing here and we are not seeing this issue. You say it has been around since Ps beta 26.3, is that correct?
Try resetting Prefs for the Beta: /Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/ Photoshop Beta Settings (Mac Ventura) /Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/Adobe\ Photoshop\ \(Beta\)\ Settings (Mac)

C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop (Beta)\Adobe Photoshop (Beta) Settings
Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually

@louiedi2 Thank you for your sysinfo. Do you have the latest Adobe Camera RAW v.17.2? Your camera is supported.
To be clear, is your issue that when you OPEN a file from the M11 in Ps beta and Ps release, it shows as black, or are you saying that when in the finder and you click on a file, THAT preview is black? Trying to see what is Mac OS related and what is Ps?
