Hi. That was a little tricky as Documents and Settings folder does not exist in Windows 10. But I think this should be the correct one: C:\Users\<userid>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom   Anyway, there is no config.lua file in my filesystem. Why do you need this file? I'm not sure what this file is used for, but for what I could find on adobe help pages, it is not used by default.
