I don't really think it's a trap. Personally I think that Goodstack wanted the donation from Adobe but didn't have a clue as to how to administer the program. What I can't fathom is why they cannot fix the problem. I'm still hoping to find a contact at Adobe that works with Goodstack. Because it really is miscommunication and bad setup between Adobe and one of its vendors -- Goodstack. Everyone I've communicated with at Adobe insists that it's Goodstack's problem. People at Goodstack say they are evaluating the process even though it violates the procedures that Adobe has stated at https://www.adobe.com/nonprofits/acrobat.html. I have had this same problem. Adobe tells me it's a Goodstack problem. Goodstack says it's an Adobe problem. Plus I need to get licences for 2 volunteers. Goodstack says they have to apply individually. But then they would have to apply as our organization, which is not accurate, and they would have pay for their own licenses. I left a negative review at https://www.trustpilot.com/review/goodstack.org and that at least got Goodstack's quick attention. But they haven't fixed the problem.

Techsoup is no longer handling Adobe Acrobat Pro. And Goodstack is currently not able to provide more than individual licences paid for by the licensee. Not the organization.

I left a one star review on Trustpilot (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/goodstack.org) and someone calling themselves Ashley (Goodstack), support@goodstack.zendesk.com, replied and said they would try to fix it. I got another email Friday (1/31) asking me to resubmit my request to Goodstack and it should ask for the quantity. I tried. It didn't ask. And I got the same problem.

I've been in a chat session with your sales team for another hour today . They say they cannot offer me the $15/yr nonprofit price that is promised through https://www.adobe.com/nonprofits/acrobat.html. I started there but could only get one subscription and that didn't work because I already have an Adobe Express subscription. Goodstack is the problem. They do not seem able to provide what Adobe says they should.

I am having the same problem. I need to purchase two subscriptions for Adobe Acrobat Pro. After a series of emails with Goodstack. I've attached the last one. Adobe support couldn't handle my request. So who can? I need this ASAP.
