I've reset the CC app multiple times an the problem persists. I started a new library for the newest assets and it's working mostly fine now. Terrible work around since all my assets aren't in the same spot anymore, but the only way to keep working right now.

The sync error went away after a little bit and all the files loaded normally as far as I can tell. When my libraries freeze in one program, they freeze in all of my programs.

This specific library has about 450. 1.17Gb when exported. Not sure how to find how many files are in all of my libaries total. I've been using libraries for years to transfer assets between programs for animation and haven't had issues until the last couple weeks.

Hi! I have been having an issue with my libraries being extremely slow for uploading, viewing, and even scrolling through the panel. I am drawing in Fresco, using Photoshop to label and upload to libraries, then animating in After Effects. My drawing canvas is large (6000x6000px) so I can zoom into the assets when I animate and there are a lot of assets in my libraries, but I've never had a problem in the past. The past few weeks, I've only been able to upload two or three assets at a time before the library gives me spinning wheels in all the thumbnails and takes about five minutes to freak out before letting me put anything else in the library. At times, all the asset thumbnails are loaded, but it just won't let me drop in an asset. In After Effects, the library panel will freeze and I won't be able to click or scroll. Closing and reopening the panel does not work. Restarting the program only lets me upload a few assets before it reloads or freezes again. This has made libraries extremely annoying and hard to use as it's slowing down my workflow a ton. I've tried updating apps, downgrading apps, force quitting and restarting the library sync programs, and more things I've found on the forums. I'm running on a 2021 MacBook Pro with the M1 Max chip on Sonoma 14.7.3. All Adobe apps are updated. Thanks!

Is it possible to apply faux text styles from the Essential Graphics panel to multiple text fields? I'm trying to create a lower thirds mogrt where the text and styles are all linked but the position of the graphic, direction of the animation, etc changes with each one. Position would be picked from a dropdown menu in the mogrt. I've gotten the source texts linked to match, but the styles won't link. As you can see in the screenshot, all caps is chosen for the Title, and it works on the left side, but not the right. I currently have the source text and the different colors pick whipped to the Essential Properties in the Left Aligned comp so they are all linked. Because the text and faux styles are added within the Essential Graphics panel, I couldn't get those included. I was planning on pre-comping each position so the dropdown menu options would work. Is there an Expression Control preset for font that can be used more globally? Or a scripted reference I could put in the text expression to link the styles? Also, this might not be the most efficient way to make a mogrt like this, but it made the most sense in my head! If there's an easier way to link text and styles and/or have different position options for a mogrt like this, please let me know 🙂 Thansk for any help on this!

If you have make shapes in Illustrator (as a filled shape without stroke), you can bring them into After Effects using the libraries or importing the Illustrator file. Then right click on the Illustrator layer in AE, go to Create>Create Shapes from Vector Layer and you will have that shape to use as a mask. You can use the track matte to mask the other shapes

Hello! Is there a way to change the stroke shape to make contrast in the strokes? Basically, I want my stroke to be like the oval brush in Illustrator instead of the round brush. I don't just want to taper the ends, but the whole stroke to change with the "angle" of the brush. I know I could just bring in my Illustrator graphic that has contrast and reveal it, but I'd rather make it cleaner, easier, and more editable by using paths in After Effects if possible. Also so I can use trim paths on it.

Thanks for your help. Here's the link to two mogrts that are basically the same, just different lengths. Neither of them work in Premiere https://shared-assets.adobe.com/link/46cc8cfd-6082-43ca-68d3-84e869274d61 I've tried remaking it and getting rid of different controls, but still no luck with Premiere reading it.

I've tried changing the Ps graphics to pngs and it still doesn't work. I can see and edit all the properties of the mogrt in the Essential Graphics window, but can't see anything. Please help!

I've found that the best way to add motion blur is by going into Effects>Video Effects>Distort>Transform. Add the motion keyframes in that transform effect and it gives you a shutter angle option. Change that to something like 90 and it should give you motion blur!

Hi! I've created a MOGRT in Ae and I cannot get it to show in Premiere. It's giving me the red Media Offline screen in the program window or showing black nothingness. It isn't renderable either. It's ~300KB so it shouldn't be a size issue. My other mogrts load in the project, but not this one. Originally the mogrt was 4 minutes long, but even cut down it won't work. I've opened the mogrt file in Ae, resaved the original comp, and tried getting rid of certain properties but it still won't work. I have a png and some Photoshop graphics with transparancies brought in through the Adobe Library. Would the Photoshop graphics be the things causing the issue? I'm working off of Mac Ventura 13.3.1 and the latest versions of Premiere (23.3) and After Effects (23.3). I've restarted my laptop and shared the mogrt with coworkers through Adobe Libraries and they also can't get it to work using Windows or Mac. Has anyone had this issue before or know what the fix is?
