Bonjour, je viens d'acheter un tout nouveau Sony DSC-RX100M7, et c'est une nouvelle version du boîtier qui s'appelle Sony DSC-RX100M7A. Il semble que cette toute nouvelle version ne soit pas encore supportée par les versions actuelles de Lighroom/Camera RAW/Photoshop. Il semble aussi que Sony n'ait pas beaucoup communiqué sur le sujet. Pouvez-vous me dire si ce fait est connu et s'il est prévu d'intégrer cet appareil dans la liste des appareils reconnus par ces logiciels, svp? As suggested I lowered the aspect ratio of a square photograph (added white space) and made it like 2:1 then used Photo enhancement in Neural Filters and it worked but, with limited success, because the error would return if I then tried to use Enhance face. However, with this one photograph, I was able to use the Photo enhancement filter, click ok, save the file, then reopen Neural Filters click to use Enhance face, and it worked. So after many trials, over many months, with many different photos, it seems to be that I can't always use Photo enhancement and Enhance face filters, at the same time.  Sometimes it works, sometimes it don't. ... If you jump down a few comments find the reply by Jess38719908n00q - 3 down   Their solution of checking the Artboard properties was the only thing that resolved the issue for me - no long winded exporting out and reimporting. Hi all, after I bought my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra a year ago, I noticed the missing thumbnails, but I didn't give it much thought at the time. Recently I uploaded all of my stuff to my PC and external drive and once again I noticed that the videos made with my new phone don't have thumbnails anywhere, so I started searching on the web for a solution. Long story short:   - The problem is not Adobe. - The problem comes from Samsung deciding to change the default format for video capturing from AVC (H.264) to HEVC (H.265) without notifying the users. H.265 has some pros like better quality and better compression, but the downside is it is still not fully supported by some softwares and even operating systems like Windows. So the lacking thumbnails come from the format with wich your phone captures the videos, no from the software you're looking them at.  Fortunately Samsung still gives us the option to change the format: Settings > Apps > Camera > Camera Settings > (Videos) Advanced video options > (Video format) H.264 (most compatible)   Hope I helped. 🙂  ... anyone still having this error. i have it running  Mac OS and latest version of LRC.  in fac.  Weirdly in filmstrip when i filter for 5 stars then the 5 star photos show up so they system knows they are five stars, but for some reason is not showing to me.  makes editiing of a shoot difficult as i can see which similar photos I have alreayd marked 5.  has anyone found a fix?   ... It looks you have a few photos stored in the account associated with your id.  It is far less than the 20Gb of storage.  If you are still seeing an issue, please trying logging out of all Creative Cloud Apps and logging in again.   -Peter ... View more

It looks like after a few months Adobe finally decided to listen to it's paying customers! As of this morning I no longer am getting blasted with Adobe spam BS. No announcement. just as it started, it finished. without a word from adobe. It wasn't an issue or a bug as acknowledged by ADOBE staff on this board. Atleast it's finished for now. Let this be a lesson to us all. ADOBE called it a bug. It was in fact a marketing ploy. Well know by the staff here on this board yet they treat us like fools.
