Appreciated for your help, is this a screen recording ? If yes, would you share the video with me ?
By @Calvin21914323wi10
There isn’t any more to the original video, it was done in one take and not edited, just converted to GIF. If you want to be able to stop it and play back specific sections, or look at it frame by frame, you can use your web browser to download the GIF animation from this page and load it into any app that can play back a GIF animation.
For example, you can drop an animated GIF into Photoshop, and if you open the Timeline panel (Window > Timeline), it will provide playback controls.

The demo below is one way to do it, using the following steps:
1. Start with an image that is smaller than the canvas, and is not the Background layer.
2. Choose Edit > Transform > Skew and drag a side handle.
3. With the Move tool, Alt-drag (Windows) or Option-drag (macOS) to copy the image layer until its right side touches the left side of the original image layer. (You can also choose Layer > Duplicate or Layer > New > Layer via Copy, and then drag that new copy.)
4. With the image layer copy selected in the Layers panel, choose Edit > Transform > Flip Horizontal. This sets up the mirror image on the edge, if you want that.
5. Drag the Rectangle tool in Path mode.
6. With the image layer copy selected in the Layers panel, choose Layer > Vector Mask > Current Path. The path is now a vector mask for the image layer copy.
6. Resize the vector mask path to hide the parts of the image layer copy that you don’t want to see.
7. For a more 3D effect, make the edge darker by adding a Curves adjustment layer set up as a clipping mask for that layer only.
The top edge of the wrap can be created similarly.
To do this successfully you should understand:
The commands on the Edit > Transform submenu
Vector masks
Layer adjustments
Clipping masks
Basic principles of linear or isometric perspective. This not a Photoshop feature, but a traditional drawing/painting skill that helps you decide how to use Photoshop features. I mention this because the perspective used in the example you posted is not technically correct.

Attached 2 picture, the file is black backgroud, with a blend layer
1. Why the blend layer changed color to blue (pic 1 + pic 2)
2. I think the black backgroud make final effect too dark, then changed from black to deep blue, the applied blend layer, you can see original (black + blend) is very smooth gradient color. BUT my work (deep blue + blend) showing some lines (not smooth) (pic 2)
Why ? Please help

@Calvin21914323wi10 - Thanks for the feedback, please mark my previous reply as the correct answer. I would have thought that both versions would have resulted in a valid directory separator being added.

If I'm creating graphics to display on a web page I'm still going to design with a specific fixed pixel size in mind if I'm using JPEG or PNG images. If the graphics are output in SVG format they'll be able to scale up or down in size in a "liquid" web page layout. Adobe Illustrator has much better text editing tools than Photoshop.

There are some questions to ask you before suggesting. For example, do you want to expand canvas or you do not mind to cover small part of image. The thing is that you must have plan before recording and you must know how to do things manually. There are and some small limitations: some actions that can be performed can not be recorded as action step. In your case thats not important but its worth to know.
Here is my insight and intro to Photoshop actions. At the bottom you will find link to related tutorials. Advantage of my tutorials is that you can ask author questions and get quick response https://www.dezigneasy.com/2014/10/photoshop-actions-mini-course-part-1.html
Update: here is my action which may help you https://drive.google.com/file/d/119myZWEw2IAYO4moMxEwmZHMN2ZaTcar/view?usp=share_link
Action above is recorded for education purpose without stress on quality of effect.
Here is my approach: create layer above image and use it for clipping mask. It is in essence frame without any effect or texture. I did that using select all > contract then invert selection then fill using black color to create frame for the frame so to speak.
Next task was to add effects and texture then to clip to layer below so frame start to look as frame. I did that using new blank layer and Fibers filter to create texture, you can use any technique or tutorial to create wooden texture (or any other). After creating texture that layer is clipped to layer below then next step is selecting layer below to finally add bevel and drop shadow for realism. If you have any question do not hesitate to ask.
By the way, you can play one step at time using Ctrl + double click on step to execute it to see what is done in that step. Before playing step as mentioned you must expand action.

Adobe Stock has a free section if you want to start out without investing too much. https://stock.adobe.com/uk/free?tduid=8bd9a0ac150d45b446e5ac08af439b7d&as_channel=affiliate&as_campclass=redirect&as_source=arvato You can also find plenty of old images that are now in the public domain, so, free to use, and which could prove very helpful if you want a bit of a retro look. You have a huge selection of images in the Library of Congress. Many museums also offer images you can download to use (some have free images and some not, just be careful). A good source is the Public Domain Review Flickr feed https://www.flickr.com/photos/publicdomainreview/
