I saw that, thanks. Has no effect. Not sure what you mean by "same function with different approaches." I cannot skew but I can distort and free transform without snapping. It appears to only be affecting skew while yesterday when I was on tech suport chat for an hour, both skew and distort had forced snapping.  ... View more
