Hi Daniel, Thank you for your message. I have tried that version of the PSUserConfig.txt on Windows 10 and it seems to be working as normal. Previously I had the #Use WinTab part included. It looks like that is no longer needed, thank you for your help. Regards.

Hi Nikunj, Thank you for this link - it seems as though the issue stems from the fact that Windows 10 does not have these features and because Microsoft want to force more users over to Win 11. Unfortunately it looks like I may have to finally move to Win11 in order for software to work correctly. Thank you again.

Hi Davescm, Thanks for this information, unfortunately those options only seem to be available on Windows 11. I am still running Windows 10. But it is something I will look at when I have to upgrade to Windows 11. Many thanks again for the info.

Hi Gonzalo, I have a question about this. Why does Windows Ink need to be enabled? I used Substance Painter before Adobe purchased it and this was not a requirement. Why have Adobe added this? The 'Alt' and 'Ctrl' modifer popups are distracting and cause lag using the software. Can Adobe not adjust it so that this part of Windows ink is disabled while using the software? Thank you.

Since the latest rounds of updates to Photoshop I have noticed the only way I can get Pen Pressure to work is with 'Windows Ink' turned on. The PSUserConfig workaround no longe works and when Windows Ink is on, it is accompanied by the 'Alt' and 'Ctrl' modifier key tooltip bubbles. Adobe also did this to Substance Painter as well. Surely these pop ups come under Accessibility, because with Windows Ink turned on, I am no longer able to use the software as intended due to the issues caused by the modifer key tooltip pop ups. Surely there must be a way for Adobe to disable these when their software is running if we MUST use Windows Ink? I dont understand the logic behind this - it's been a bug for YEARS. Hopefully we can get an answer to this - and with all due respect, I don't really accept the 'It's designed to work with Windows Ink' response because the software doesn't function as it should.

Hi John, Thanks very much for the detailed information and the outline as well for how best to speak with the chat box help. Very much appreciated. I will look into cancelling without a fee and if not will have to wait until my current plan expires and I will take it from there. Kind regards.

Hi Jeff, Thank you for your reply, I simply want to cancel my current plan. Then purchase two separate plans so that I can access the apps I need. I opened a secure chat session earlier but those are not an ideal way to make a purchase of this nature. I should be able to do this through the Plan Management secition of the Creative Cloud website. I did find a phone number buried on one of the plan pages, allowing me to make a purchase over the phone which I think is what I will do. It do find it a bit odd that there is no easy way for a customer to simply add two plans to their account. I can't understand why I cannot just select the apps I need and be charged a monthly/annual subscription for them as a custom plan. Anyway, thank you again for your reply Jeff, I appreciate the information . Kind regards,

I want to change my current all apps plan to two separate plans. Namely the Photography plan and the 3D Texturing plan. However, I can see no simple way to do this through the Account Management page. Can anyone here help me or direct me on how to do this. I would like to put through the payment myself and not purchase it through the help chat on the website. I spoke with someone there and they said they could add the plan there but that is not ideal as I have no control over the initial payment. Thank you in advance.
