If you have chosen from physical swatches, you COULD measure the PMS swatch that you like [as L*a*b* colour] then convert that value to the CORRECT CMYK press colourspace in Photoshop. I'm interested in the color managment tool you mentioned above. I'm not sure what you mean...   Ah.
