In English Edition Photoshop 24.0 & Photoshop Beta: M1, Disable legacy "Save As". Save a Copy window is normal, but the Save As window is messed up. I don't know if this all happens randomly.

Mac Studio M1 MAX, macOS 13, Photoshop 24.0
M1 Edition:
By default, the Save Copy window is cluttered and cannot be saved.
Intel Edition:
Save copy window is normal, but the Save As window is messed up.
In the preferences, change to the traditional save as window and everything goes back to normal.
