@Robert Mark Morgan  Thank you for your patience with this.   We were able to sort this out by performing a clean installation.   1. Uninstalled Photoshop, and InDesign via CCDA 2. Downloaded Acrobat Cleaner and used that to remove Acrobat - https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html 3. Uninstalled CCDA via CCD uninstaller - https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html 4. Deleted the Left over "Adobe" folders located at - C/Program Files/Adobe - C/Program Files/Common files/Adobe - C/Program Files X86/Adobe - C/Program Files X86/Common files/Adobe - C/Program Data/Adobe - %appdata%/Local/Adobe - %appdata%/Roaming/Adobe - %appdata%/Locallow/Adobe - Documents/Adobe 5. So now I have to drag the preferences file out EVERY TIME I start Photoshop. It crashes each time I do not do that. It's a bit of a nuiscance to have to drag the file out, restart Photoshop, and recheck basic things like "zoom with the mouse wheel" every time I want to use a program. Any ideas? @Sameer K  ...
