No problem, I've been in your position and I know it's really frustrating. I'm glad it'll be fixed for you at least in beta for now.

Hey Gabriel, sorry to hear you're having some issues. Would you be willing to send me the .prproj file (no media) to look at? My email is kpena @ adobe.com.
When you say you're working on fixing a transcription from a sequence with multiple mic channels, you don't know which source file youre' working with. You should see the filename in the upper right corner if you're on the source. If you're in the sequence, you'll see the sequence name. The changes you make to the transcript (such as correcting spelling) in either place will ripple through. I might be misunderstanding, so feel free to also send a brief screen recording of the issue. In any case, it's just not working right for you which is a bummer.

@Amau29644661g3tu - the update pushed to beta discussed in this forum post is an overall reskin of the UI. The updates in 24.4 are to the clips themselves including the color and badges.

Thanks for this, Stan! I want to add that everything in #1 is covered by Project Templates, plus the ability to add caption presets to the project. A Project Template can use every aspect of a project as a starting point -- it's almost like duplicating a .prproj you have already set up (with bins, sequences, routing, etc) but better.

Offline clips are red, Cerulean’s blue. New in Premiere Pro, here’s something for you…
Use label color presets to select, name, and share your project’s unique label colors! Associate colors to label defaults and create a preset you can share with your whole team so you can stay organized together. Plus, when you right click on an item to apply a new label color, you’ll see a color swatch next to the name!
To access new label color presets, go to Settings > Labels. Adjust your label colors and defaults, then click Save label color preset. To import someone’s preset, click Import label color preset. You can click on the folder icon to navigate to where your label color presets are saved on disk.
You can also click the folder icon to navigate to saved and imported presets. You’ll find those presets on a Mac at /Users/<username>/Documents/Adobe/Common/Assets/Label Color Presets and on Windows at Users\<username>\Documents\Adobe\Common\Assets\Label Color Presets
Aside from Default, Classic, and Vibrant presets, you’ll also find an Editorial preset created by TV and film editors with colors that have been named after frequently used assets used by post teams.
If you’re feeling sweet, try importing our Valentine’s Day label color preset to make your sequence extra festive!
We can’t wait to see what presets you create and share. Please give label color presets a try in beta and let us know what you think.

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear this. I can imagine how frustrating it must be.
I've seen this issue happen once before, so I have two suggestions for you to try. It sounds like you're opening a project from a previous year release in a newer release -- like 23.4 to 24.0. When we change the number before the dot, there are some under-the-hood code changes that require the conversion upward.
A: Make a copy of the original project on your disk (name it something so you know it's a copy) and try to open that. I don't think this will work, but it's simple, so why not.
B: If not, I'm sure this will work. Open the newer version of Premiere Pro and create a new, blank project. Go to File > Import. Find the project you want to open on disk, and click Import. You can select "Import Entire Project" and it should bring all the original contents into your new project. Now you can save your new project in the updated format.
Let me know if either of these work. If not, reply back here and I'll see it. I'm also interested in getting a copy of your project file (file only, no media) via email to look and see if I can reproduce this issue to fix it, if you're willing.
Don't worry, we'll get you sorted.

Hi! It sounds like you might be trying to remove filler words or pauses from a source clip. Just like when you edit video, you can't delete parts of the original source, just what you put in the timeline.
Add your video to the sequence. The transcript will automatically switch over to your sequence. Then you can delete all pauses or filler and cut/copy/paste in the transcript.

Hey there! While Neil is correct about the order of LUTs needing to be the same at the moment, that's also not a great user experience (where else do you need the order of files to be the same??) -- so we're fixing this very soon. Doesn't help you right now, but wanted to let you know anyway!

Hey there! This is a great idea, and I think we might have a solution for you. If you right click on one of these cut points, you'll see "Join Through Edits" and that will remove the cut. If you're working on a multicam clip and you change angles at the cut, if you change the angle back so both clips are from the same source, you can join the edit.
With that in mind, does your feature request change, or is that what you were looking for?
