Hi All, has anyone else been experiencing this issue? I followed many YT videos to try to fix the high amount of memory usage and read posts about changing settings within each Adobe program as well. You name it I've probably tried it (outside of having to take it to a professional and pay stupid amounts of money). I have also scanned for malware and viruses and have not found any. I have an HP Spectre from 2021, It's iCore7 and has 16GB RAM and yet it is often sluggish when using Adobe programs. As a test, I currently have a low-quality image and one tab open in Chrome and 57% of my memory is running. I need these programs to work remotely and it has been affecting my productivity. I'm desperately in search of anything that will fix this. I've also considered reverting back to Windows 10 since I have heard 11 uses a lot of memory but I'm not sure if that would work either. Any help would be helpful!

I uninstalled it an reinstalled it and restarted the computer and it seems to show the rulers now but it still doesnt explain the slow down of the program since this morning when I was using it (I also have close all other programs so photoshop is the only thing running and it is still incredible slow.)

Hi There, I can no longer access the ruler on my photoshop documents after I updated to the new 24.2 version this afternoon. I have use the hot key ctrl+R to attempt to toggle it on and off and nothing happens. It does not work if I go to view > ruler either. Is this happening to anyone else? Also I have noticed the new version 24.2 is incredibly after I updated it this afternoon. Is this also a bug with the update? Any help would be apprecited!
