Yes I know how to get to see what is inside my plan, but it does not say if it is Firefly plus or standard. It just says firefly. Admin got an email that said I requested plus, he can’t find it either. I tried to access the Firefly video feature which gave me access. Maybe that send the “plus” request? Why is it so hard to get a simple answer on a simple question? Why can't I email someone to look into this instead of posting it here? ... View more
